Team Fox member Mark Solomon, who was diagnosed with PD over two years ago, is a TV writer and was the executive producer of Newhart. Mark is also a songwriter but was having difficulty playing the guitar and piano because of his PD. Mark’s wife, Cary, told him not to get discouraged and encouraged him to keep trying and to consider writing a song about Parkinson’s.
Mark picked up his guitar and within a half hour he had the song! The song, which is funny and uplifting, is now available for download on CD Baby.com, iTunes and Amazon. A portion of the proceeds of each download will go to The Michael J. Fox Foundation. Support Mark and his musical talent today!

Mark’s song is very catchy! Kim and I had the honor of being the first online radio show to play it. Our listeners loved the song! Mark Solomon’s created an anthem for all of us who live with PD. After becoming twitter friends we made contact via phone discussing many things but most important his song.
