Team Gordon is proud to be playing a role in the fight against Parkinson’s disease. The team of 15 people, one of which has PD, along with friends and supporters, will run in the Providence Rhode Races on May 3, which include a 5K, a half-marathon and a full marathon. The team has made the commitment to raise funds for Team Fox because they have seen first-hand the effects of Parkinson’s. Two members of their immediate family have been stricken with the disease and a good family friend, Michael Ward, recently lost his 15 year battle to early-onset PD. Michael’s family and friends will also be walking and running with Team Gordon to honor his life.
